What's In Store For You Opportunity to build and scale AI capabilities from the ground up Direct exposure to senior leadership and decision-makers High-impact role influencing engineering, product, and business teams Competitive compensation + bonus + long-term growth Opportunity to define enterprise AI strategy and adoption Work in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment How You Will Make An Impact AI Engineering & Platform Development (?60%) Design and build AI infrastructure including models, pipelines, and integrations Develop and deploy LLM-powered applications and RAG-based solutions Integrate AI into enterprise systems, APIs, and digital platforms Build scalable backend services connecting AI models to real-world workflows Identify and implement new AI use cases across the business AI Enablement & Leadership (?40%) Partner with business and engineering teams to drive AI adoption Coach both technical and non-technical stakeholders on AI capabilities Standardize and optimize AI workflows across teams Act as a trusted AI advisor to leadership and product teams Help scale AI usage across the organization through education and frameworks Are you a full-stack AI engineer who can build AND lead AI adoption? 8+ years of software engineering experience Strong full-stack or backend engineering background 1-3+ years hands-on experience with

AI / LLM

/ Generative AI Proven experience shipping at least one AI solution to production Experience building RAG pipelines, LLM workflows, or AI-driven applications Strong experience with APIs, backend systems, and cloud platforms (AWS preferred) Familiarity with frameworks such as LangChain, Hugging Face, or LlamaIndex Ability to integrate AI into real-world business workflows Experience working cross-functionally with engineering and business teams Strong communication skills and ability to explain AI concepts clearly Experience mentoring or enabling teams on AI adoption is highly preferred Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to operate in fast-moving environments What Makes You Stand Out Experience building agentic AI workflows or multi-agent systems Background in enterprise AI enablement or AI Centers of Excellence Experience integrating AI into existing enterprise platforms Exposure to regulated industries (finance, insurance, etc.) Public AI work (GitHub, blogs, speaking, etc.) Work Model Hybrid - Durham, NC (3-4 days onsite preferred) Open to candidates willing to relocate Relocation assistance available for strong candidates We are looking for someone who: Has actually built and shipped AI systems (not just POCs) Can translate AI into real business impact Can coach teams and scale AI adoption across the organization Thrives in a startup-like, high-ownership environment within an enterprise To apply, please submit your resume and cover letter highlighting your relevant experience and qualifications.
