- The Marketing Software & AI Marketing Engineer serves as a hands-on technical architect and builder driving the evolution of marketing technology and operations through AI transformation.
Working cross-functionally with marketing, IT, governance, and external stakeholders, this individual translates real-world marketing use cases into secure, scalable, and measurable technical solutions while ensuring compliance, quality, and performance.

- Build and deploy automated agents for marketing use cases such as content generation, copy assistance, personalization, and automationDevelop and maintain prompt chains, context profiles, and secure API wrappersIntegrate with the Martech stack including CRM, CMS, analytics platforms, and data warehousesOwn the AI deployment lifecycle including prompt versioning, rollback support, sandboxing, validation, and performance monitoringDesign instrumentation and success metrics to evaluate agent performance and content qualitySupport data governance, quality assurance, and compliance with internal policies and external regulationsDocument systems, deployment protocols, and technical standards to support scalabilityCollaborate with cross-functional teams to translate marketing concepts into modular, testable systemsContinuously experiment and iterate using data-driven insights and human-computer interaction principles •Skills & Qualifications•Strong full-stack software engineering capabilities with experience building scalable, production-ready systemsExperience developing AI or machine learning-powered applications, particularly using large language modelsProficiency in Python and JavaScript or TypeScript, along with APIs and GitExperience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCPFamiliarity with AI frameworks such as OpenAI, Claude, Bedrock, LangGraph, or similarExperience with LLM validation tools such as Ragas or DeepEval and alternative evaluation approachesStrong analytical and experimental mindset with experience in human-computer interaction, data science, or analyticsUnderstanding of marketing systems, user workflows, and enterprise security best practicesAbility to translate marketing requirements into technical solutionsStrong ownership mindset and comfort operating in pilot-to-scale environments •Education & Experience•Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field or equivalent experience3-6 years of professional experience in software engineering including system design, architecture, and test case developmentExperience building and deploying AI-driven or data-centric applications in production environmentsExperience supporting or working within marketing technology environments preferred
