(Must be onsite at least 2 days per week) Required Must Haves Hands-on experience with Microsoft Purview in an enterprise M365 environment (eDiscovery, DRP, DLP) Strong background in data security and technical governance (policy → enforcement → monitoring) Knowledge of M365 workload data flows (SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Exchange) Experience supporting compliance, audit, or regulatory requirements Ability to translate security and governance controls into business-level guidance Nice to Haves Experience governing Copilot for Microsoft 365 or AI agents in production Familiarity with AI risk areas (data leakage, oversharing, sensitive data exposure) Automation or reporting experience (PowerShell, Graph, Power BI, KQL)

Responsibilities:

Define and operate enterprise AI governance guardrails for Copilot and AI-enabled workloads Configure and manage AI related Microsoft Purview policies (DLP, labels, retention, audit) Monitor AI-related data risk and compliance posture, drive remediation Support audits, privacy reviews, and security assessments with evidence-ready outputs Partner across Security, Privacy, Legal, and Product teams to enable safe AI adoption Get in
