Join our team as a Money Movement Engineer, where you'll leverage your expertise in LANSA to develop and maintain cutting-edge banking applications. This hybrid role offers a dynamic environment to collaborate and innovate within the financial sector. Responsibilities Design and implement applications using LANSA tools for advanced banking systems. Collaborate with diverse teams to gather requirements and deliver software solutions efficiently. Identify and resolve issues related to banking applications, ensuring smooth operation. Participate in software testing, including reviews and certifications, to ensure quality. Lead and inspire team members, fostering a creative and collaborative work environment. Skills Proven experience in application development using LANSA. Strong problem-solving abilities to tackle complex software challenges. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting. Preferred Skills Experience with DB2 or IBM iSeries is advantageous. Knowledge of software testing methodologies and best practices. Advanced degree or relevant certifications in a related field.
