Job Description

Principal AI Engineer:
Contract:
1 year to start
Location:
Hybrid in Santa Clara, CA (must be local or relocate) Med device experience not required
MUST HAVES
proficiency in Chinese to communicate with offshore teams Most recent 2+ years at a major AI tech company (e.g., Google, OpenAI, Anthropic, NVIDIA, Microsoft)
Requirements:
Strong passion, extensive hands-on experience on harness engineering, AI coding ("vibe coding") Must be VERY hands on/technical Hands-on LLM fine-tuning experience Hands-on agent systems development. Team leadership experience preferred Design and deliver end-to-end AI systems and pipelines, including agent selection, orchestration, and full development infrastructure. Lead AI adoption initiatives, driving strategy and implementing AI development capabilities across the organization. Build agent-based (agentic) architectures and scalable pipelines, combining system design with practical AI/ML integration. Implement secure, governed AI solutions for production-ready deployment standards.
