Remote Expert AI Software Engineer

at Insight Global in Wilmington, Delaware, United States Job Description Job Description Insight Global is searching for an individual that will serve as a senior technical leader within globally distributed Agile teams, owning complex initiatives from requirements through production. They will partner with business and architecture stakeholders to translate needs-primarily within financial services/ KYC / AML -into scalable solutions while remaining hands-on in building APIs, microservices, and cloud-native applications. They will also drive architectural direction and lead the integration of AI across the SDLC , including designing AI agents and optimizing development, testing, and DevOps workflows. In parallel, they will mentor engineers, elevate engineering standards, and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders while influencing overall platform strategy, scalability, and performance.
