Job Description

Experteer Overview As a Senior AI Engineer, you will design and deploy production-ready generative AI systems using LLMs, GPU acceleration, and modern APIs. You'll build scalable microservices and robust pipelines that integrate with enterprise apps, collaborating with AI leads, ML engineers, and platform teams. You'll ensure models are secure, explainable, and governance-aligned while optimizing performance in cloud-native environments. This role offers impact across international growth and cutting-edge AI capabilities within a mission-driven, innovation-focused culture.
Compensation / Benefits
  • Design, develop, and deploy generative AI models in production environments
  • Build and maintain APIs and microservices (FastAPI) to expose AI capabilities enterprise-wide
  • Collaborate to architect LLM pipelines, including training workflows and RAG systems
  • Integrate AI solutions into secure cloud-native architectures and enterprise applications
  • Monitor and optimize model performance with evaluation frameworks and observability tools
  • Ensure models are explainable, reliable, and governance-aligned Tasks
  • 10 years of IT industry experience
  • 7 years building data-driven software solutions
  • Python expertise with LLMs, embeddings, and RAG architectures
  • 3 years hands-on AI development experience
  • Experience with generative AI models, including multimodal models
  • Cloud-native AI infrastructure experience (Azure Foundry, Kubernetes, Docker, vector databases, GPU clusters, governance frameworks)
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field Key requirements
