Job Description

Experteer Overview In this role you design and deploy production-grade generative AI solutions that scale across the enterprise. You will build and integrate LLM-powered capabilities with secure, cloud-native architectures, working with AI leads and platform teams. Your work enables scalable AI services, robust governance, and measurable performance improvements. This is a hands-on, impact-driven position at the intersection of AI innovation and operational excellence.
Compensation / Benefits
  • Design, develop, fine-tune and deploy generative AI models in production environments
  • Build and maintain APIs and microservices with FastAPI to expose AI capabilities enterprise-wide
  • Architect robust LLM pipelines and RAG systems with the AI Infrastructure team
  • Integrate AI solutions into enterprise applications using secure, cloud-native architectures
  • Ensure models are explainable, reliable, and compliant with governance standards
  • Monitor and optimize model performance with evaluation frameworks and observability tools
  • Collaborate with AI leads, ML engineers, and platform teams to deliver production-grade AI
  • Support deployment with CI/CD pipelines and containerized/orchestrated infrastructure Tasks
  • 10 years IT industry experience
  • 7 years building data-driven software solutions
  • Proficient Python with practical LLM, embeddings, and RAG experience
  • 3 years hands-on AI development experience
  • Experience with generative AI models, including multimodal models
  • Hands-on experience with cloud-native AI infrastructure: Azure Foundry, Kubernetes, Docker, vector databases, GPU clusters, governance frameworks
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field (or equivalent)
Preferred:
GPU-accelerated training/inference with NVIDIA tools (NIM, NeMo); vLLM; CI/CD for GenAI; Docker/Kubernetes GA;
CUDA/RAPIDS
