In this pivotal role, you will drive technical excellence and scalable product delivery while embedding AI capabilities across the engineering platform. Accountabilities Develop and implement the technology strategy that aligns with the companys business goals and objectives. Oversee all aspects of the engineering lifecycle, from product development, deployment, operations, and maintenance. Provide visionary leadership and mentorship to the engineering team, cultivating a culture of innovation, collaboration, quality and operational excellence. Lead, recruit, develop, and retain high-performing engineering teams (including software engineers, QA, AI/ML teams). Ensure rigorous adoption of software engineering best practices (CI/CD, agile methodologies, observability, security, resilience). Own the transition from AI-assisted to AI-native development practices. Collaborate closely with product management, technical operations, customer success and sales to define product roadmaps. Manage engineering budgets, resource forecasting, and vendor/partner relationships. Requirements Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. Master's or higher preferred. 15+ years of experience in engineering leadership roles, including managing large, complex, SaaS or cloud-native engineering organizations. Demonstrated track record of building and scaling high-performing engineering teams and delivering complex software products. Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), agile methodologies, DevOps, cloud architecture, microservices, distributed systems. Proven experience with SaaS platforms, managing scalability, reliability, and performance.
