Senior Manager, AI Solution Leader

The AI Solution Leader is a strategic leadership role within the Data Analytics & AI organization, responsible for defining, building, and scaling enterprise AI strategy and AI-powered solutions across the enterprise. This role bridges business strategy, data science, and AI engineering to deliver high-impact AI capabilities that drive revenue growth, operational efficiency, and differentiated customer experiences. The role focuses on translating business problems into scalable AI solutions, managing the lifecycle of AI products, and ensuring responsible, governed, and measurable deployment of AI across the organization. This position is fully remote This role is an People leader position A day in the life as a Senior Manager, AI Solution Leader... • Define and drive AI strategy and roadmap aligned with enterprise business objectives Partner with Data Science, AI Engineering, and Business teams to translate business problems into AI solutions Develop and execute enterprise AI literacy programs and build AI communities of practice to drive education, engagement, and adoption across the organization Own AI use case intake and prioritization frameworks Drive AI solutions into scalable products and platforms Partner with AI Governance Team to ensure responsible AI practices Define and track AI value metrics (revenue, cost, productivity, model performance) Collaborate with platform teams (e.g., GCP, BigQuery, Vertex AI) Drive cross-functional alignment and adoption Communicate effectively with senior leadership Champion AI management best practices What you'll bring to the table...
