About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Software Engineer to play a pivotal role in the development and implementation of Generative AI solutions at Blue Yonder.

You'll work closely with researchers, product managers, and other engineers to transform state-of-the-art AI models into reliable, scalable, and user-friendly products.

What you will do:

Develop and optimize AI inference systems for large language models and multimodal AIBuild robust APIs and services that power AI-driven features for supply chain management applicationsDesign and implement scalable data pipelines for model training and evaluationCreate developer tools and frameworks that enable internal teams to leverage AI capabilitiesContribute to model fine-tuning, deployment, and monitoring workflowsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute product roadmapsExpertise in optimizing high-performance, low-latency systemsKnowledge of prompt engineering and AI safety/alignment techniquesDocument code, algorithms, and methodologies for reproducibility and knowledge sharing.

Our Current Technical EnvironmentSoftware/Tools:

Python, GitHub, Node.js, React.js, GitHub Actions, Codacy, GitHub Advance Security, Black Duck Hub, BlazeMeter, Artifactory, Ansible, Docker, etc.

Application Architecture:

Scalable, Resilient, event driven, secure multi-tenant Microservices architecture

Cloud Architecture:

MS Azure (ARM templates, AKS, Virtual Networks, Event Hub, Azure AD)

Frameworks/Others:

Kubernetes, Kafka, Elasticsearch, Spark, NOSQL, RDBMS, Snowflake What we are looking for: Required skillsBachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field. This is not a Junior role.

Min of 8 years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on Python development building APIs ( MUST)Strong understanding of Generative AI concepts and techniques, with practical experience in developing and implementing Generative AI models and algorithms.

Proficiency in programming languages used in AI and machine learning, such as Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.

Experience with machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAXFamiliarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies with Docker and kubernetes Understanding of distributed systems and performance optimizationKnowledge of modern software development practices including CI/CD, testing, and version controlExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Preferred Skills Experience working with large-scale datasets and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.

Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors. In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.
