Job Description

Job Description We are looking for an AI Engineer to help design, build, and scale intelligent agents supporting a high-volume, enterprise platform operating across ~9,000 locations and handling millions of daily interactions. This role will focus on developing and optimizing LLM-powered agents that drive real-world workflows, including scheduling and location-based services.
Key Responsibilities:
  •  Design, develop, and deploy AI agents using LLM frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, etc.)
  •  Build scalable agent workflows that support high-throughput, real-time user interactions
  •  Integrate agents with internal and external APIs (e.g., location services, scheduling systems)
  •  Collaborate in a highly interactive team environment with daily standups (9-11 AM EST) focused on issue resolution, updates, and progress tracking
  •  Partner with QA and validation teams to test, refine, and productionize agent capabilities
  •  Troubleshoot platform-related challenges and optimize performance within internal frameworks
  •  Continuously develop and expand new agent use cases to support business needs
Current Use Cases:
Appointment Booking Agent:
o Fully developed and currently in QA/testing o Uses zip code inputs to query APIs and return location details (hours, services, availability)
Location Transfer Agent:

  •  3-5 years of Experience building AI/LLM-based agents and deploying workflows weekly in production environments
  •  1-2 years of hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar orchestration frameworks
  •  Strong experience integrating APIs and working with real-time data workflows
  •  Proficiency in Python (or similar) for backend/AI development
  •  Experience working in structured development environments with QA and validation processes
  •  Strong problem-solving skills and ability to operate in fast-paced, high-urgency environments
  •  Hands on experience with ADK
  •  Experience working on high-scale systems (millions of daily interactions)
  •  Exposure to enterprise/internal AI platforms or frameworks
  •  Experience building conversational AI or workflow automation agents
  •  Familiarity with healthcare, retail, or location-based service ecosystems
