$225 What You'll Be Doing Define and execute enterprise AI strategy with a focus on agentic AI solutions Build and scale AI-driven agents (chatbots, intelligent workflows) across operations Establish governance frameworks including model risk, compliance, and data security Partner cross-functionally to prioritize and deploy high-value AI use cases Leverage Microsoft Azure as the core AI and data platform Drive adoption through communication, training, and executive alignment Operate hands-on while laying the foundation to build a future team What You'll Need to be Considered Experience building agentic AI solutions leveraging LLMs, structured data, and adaptive models Proven success implementing AI in regulated or risk-sensitive environments Deep expertise in AI governance, model risk management, and compliance frameworks Ability to balance innovation with fraud prevention, security, and risk considerations Strong executive presence with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders Ownership mindset with a track record of driving initiatives from concept to impact INDIT
