Requirements:

1. Strong backend engineering experience (e.g., Java (required), Python (required), APIs, cloud infrastructure). 2. Hands-on experience with machine learning — model development, training pipelines, and/or ML-based feature building. 3. Ability to work independently and integrate with an existing engineering team. 4. Familiarity with modern ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn) and data tooling. 5. Strong communication skills to collaborate across cross-functional teams. 6. Available for contractor engagement; sourced via approved vendor channels. ================================================W2============================================================================= We have an immediate opportunity for a Backend Engineer with strong expertise in Java and Python, experienced in building scalable backend systems, APIs, and cloud-native infrastructure. Proven ability to design and develop robust services, integrate distributed systems, and contribute effectively within fast-paced engineering environments. Hands-on experience working independently while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including product, platform, and data engineering stakeholders. Strong communicator with a practical approach to problem-solving, code quality, and system reliability. Experienced in AI/ML development with exposure to model training pipelines, ML-powered feature engineering, and deployment workflows. Familiar with modern machine learning frameworks and data tooling including PyTorch, TensorFlow, and scikit-learn, with the ability to support end-to-end ML integration into backend applications. Comfortable contributing to experimentation, inference services, and production-ready ML systems in cloud environments. Available for contractor engagement through approved vendor channels.
