Full Job Description Job Summary:
This role is responsible for designing and implementing enterprise AI solutions, driving AI adoption across business units, and building frameworks, tools, and enablement programs that embed AI capabilities into core operations and workflows.Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead the design and architecture of AI/ML solutions aligned to business objectives and operational needs. Partner with department leaders to identify high-impact AI use cases and build prioritized roadmaps. Develop and maintain AI governance frameworks including responsible AI policies, usage standards, and risk guidelines. Evaluate, procure, and integrate AI tools and platforms (e.g., LLMs, generative AI, automation engines) into existing technology stacks. Build and deliver AI enablement programs — training, workshops, and documentation — to upskill employees across technical and non-technical functions. Collaborate with IT, data engineering, and software development teams to ensure scalable and secure AI deployments. Define success metrics for AI initiatives and report on adoption, performance, and ROI to executive stakeholders. Stay current with emerging AI trends, models, and vendors; provide strategic recommendations to leadership. Prototype and proof-of-concept new AI capabilities to validate feasibility before full-scale implementation. Serve as an internal AI subject matter expert, advising cross-functional teams on best practices and applied use cases. Evaluate business processes and identify opportunities for AI-driven improvements Design, build, or oversee implementation of AI solutions (e.g., automation, chatbots, data tools)Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. 3-7+ years of experience in AI/ML solution design, data science, or technology architecture roles. Demonstrated experience leading AI adoption or digital transformation initiatives within an enterprise environment. Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical AI concepts for non-technical audiences. Experience managing vendors and evaluating third-party AI products and platforms. Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and modern tools (e.g., LLMs, automation platforms) Experience implementing AI solutions in a business environment Experience training or mentoring teams Familiarity with tools like Python, APIs, Zapier/Make, or similar is a plus Strong problem-solving and communication skillsPreferred Qualifications:
Experience leading AI adoption in a growing company Background in operations, product, or consulting Hands-on experience with tools like OpenAI, Azure AI, or similar platformsTechnical Skills:
Proficiency with large language models (LLMs) and generative AI platforms (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, Microsoft Copilot). Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks and tools (e.g., Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Hugging Face). Familiarity with cloud AI/ML services (e.g., AWS SageMaker, Azure AI, Google Vertex AI). Knowledge of data pipelines, APIs, and integration patterns for connecting AI services to enterprise systems. Understanding of prompt engineering, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), fine-tuning, and AI agent frameworks. Experience with AI observability, monitoring, and evaluation tooling.
