Seeking a hands-on AI Native Software Engineer to build and deploy enterprise AI-driven solutions. The role focuses on AI agents, RAG workflows, cloud-native development, and scalable backend systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Build AI agents, RAG pipelines, orchestration workflows, and tool integrations Integrate AI platforms such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Vertex AI, and open-source models Develop scalable microservices, APIs, containers, and serverless solutions Implement CI/CD pipelines, Terraform, Helm, monitoring, and observability Build AI-powered enterprise applications and backend services Test, optimize, and troubleshoot AI systems for performance, latency, and cost

Required Skills:

8-10+ years of software engineering experience Strong experience with cloud-native systems, APIs, microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, and serverless architecture Hands-on experience building production AI/LLM systems (Agents, RAG, orchestration) Strong Python, Java, or backend development experience Experience with CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, and monitoring tools Experience with AI platforms such as

OpenAI, Claude, or Vertex AI Preferred:

Experience with LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar frameworks Multi-agent/distributed AI systems experience Enterprise integration and AI cost optimization experience
