Job Description:
- + We are seeking a detail-oriented AI-Powered Python Automation & Document Processing Engineer to help streamline data-intensive workflows through automation and intelligent document processing.
+ This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy working with Python, AI-assisted development tools, and transforming unstructured information into structured, actionable data. + You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to automate repetitive processes, improve data quality, and build scalable solutions that enhance operational efficiency. + This position offers an excellent opportunity to work at the intersection of automation, AI, and data engineering while learning modern workflow optimization practices.
Responsibilities:
- + Develop and maintain Python-based automation solutions for document, data, compliance, and operational workflows.
+ Extract, transform, validate, and convert information from unstructured sources (PDFs, documents, spreadsheets, and text files) into structured formats such as JSON, CSV, and XML. + Build and enhance automated pipelines for document ingestion, information extraction, evidence management, workflow automation, and reporting. + Leverage AI-assisted development tools and LLMs to accelerate scripting, data processing, document intelligence, and process optimization. + Support initiatives related to governance, risk, compliance (GRC), audit readiness, security frameworks, certification programs, and operational process improvement. + Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to troubleshoot automation processes, implement scalable solutions, and ensure the accuracy and quality of processed data.
Experience:
- + Strong Python scripting and automation experience, with the ability to develop scalable solutions for data and document-centric workflows.
+ Experience working with structured and semi-structured data (JSON, CSV, XML, YAML) including data parsing, transformation, validation, and quality assurance. + Hands-on experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, GitHub Copilot, Gemini, or similar platforms to accelerate coding, troubleshooting, and workflow automation. + Ability to process and extract information from unstructured sources including PDFs, documents, spreadsheets, and other text-based content. + Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and deliver high-quality results with attention to detail.
Skillsets:
- + Experience with OCR, document intelligence, or text extraction technologies.
+ Knowledge of data engineering, or workflow automation concepts. + Familiarity with APIs, scripting integrations, and automation platforms. + Compliance frameworks such as
SOC 2, ISO
27001, HIPAA, NIST, FedRAMP, PCI-DSS, or similar standards.
Education:
- + Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Data Science, or a related field.
