As a leader in the development of cutting-edge AI solutions, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to support users of AI Factory's MLOps and GenAI Platforms. If you have a passion for partnering with AI/ML practitioners to solve complex problems and design unique solutions, we want to hear from you. The Support, Enablement, and Advocacy (SEA) team handles the day-to-day administration of central LM deployments of AI Factory's platforms and aims to streamline user onboarding and adoption of AI technologies.

Primary responsibilities of the team:

Support users at all levels of experience as they learn about AI and adopt the AI Factory platforms Perform debugging and root cause analysis of reported bugs and outages Curate and improve product documentation and best-practice examples Manage platform administrative processes Manage announcements and communications to users for platform outages and new features. Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or other related discipline Experience with Python, R, or similar programming languages Experience troubleshooting technical issues for users or internal engineering platforms Experience writing technical docs, tutorials, or enablement content and explaining AI/ML concepts to mixed-experience audiences Experience working cross-functionally with product/platform teams Must be a US Citizen
