Our goal is to streamline workflows, increase deal velocity, and give real estate professionals a powerful competitive edge through AI-driven solutions. We are seeking a Technical Co-Founder to lead product development and technical strategy from the ground up. Role Overview As the Co-Founder, you will be responsible for architecting, building, and scaling our AI-powered platform. You will play a critical leadership role in shaping the product vision, technology stack, and long-term roadmap. This is an equity-based founding role with significant upside potential. Duties Lead technical vision, architecture, and product development Design and build scalable AI-driven web applications Develop and integrate machine learning / AI models (LLMs, predictive analytics, automation tools) Build APIs and backend infrastructure Oversee cloud infrastructure and DevOps setup Ensure data security, compliance, and scalability Collaborate on product strategy, UX decisions, and go-to-market planning Build and lead the future engineering team Required Technical Skills Strong full-stack development experience (e.g., React, Next.js, Node.js, Python, or similar) Experience with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, or LLM APIs) Experience building SaaS platforms from scratch Cloud infrastructure experience (AWS, GCP, or Azure) Database architecture experience (SQL and/or NoSQL) API design and integration expertise Familiarity with data pipelines and automation tools Understanding of AI deployment, monitoring, and scaling Preferred Experience Experience building AI products or startups Familiarity with real estate technology (PropTech) Experience working with CRM systems and marketing automation Prior founding or early-stage startup experience Knowledge of real estate data sources (MLS integrations, property data APIs, etc.) Qualifications 3 - 5 years of software development experience (startup experience preferred) Proven ability to ship products end-to-end Strong problem-solving and ownership mindset Entrepreneurial mindset with long-term commitment Excellent communication and collaboration skills What We Offer Meaningful equity stake as a founding member Opportunity to shape product, culture, and technology from day one High-growth potential in a large, evolving industry Opportunity to build a category-defining AI product If you are a builder who loves turning ideas into scalable products, is comfortable with ambiguity and fast-moving environments, is passionate about AI and its practical business applications, and is interested in creating long-term enterprise value, we are looking for you.
