As an AI Solution Lead/Architect, you will be an integral part of the AI and Data Science department supporting cross-functional teams. Plano, TX OR Charlotte, NC What's the Job? Design, govern, and oversee the implementation of scalable AI systems and solutions that meet business needs. Define end-to-end AI architecture, ensuring security, compliance, and alignment with enterprise strategies. Translate business requirements into technical architecture and solution designs, integrating AI solutions with existing systems. Establish data pipelines, model lifecycle management, and deployment frameworks to ensure efficient AI workflows. Lead technical teams, provide architectural guidance, and promote best practices across AI projects. What's Needed? Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, including deep learning, NLP, and Generative AI. Experience with multiple frameworks and cloud platforms, along with MLOps practices. Knowledge of data engineering, ETL pipelines, and big data technologies. Expertise in system design, architecture, and AI pipeline development.
