Senior AI full stack Engineer

Job Summary We are seeking a Senior AI Full Stack Engineer to design, develop, and implement AI-driven applications and intelligent agent solutions that support enterprise business objectives. This role will focus on building AI-powered systems, developing conversational AI agents, integrating APIs and data sources, and enhancing AI architectures using modern full stack technologies. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in AI application development, React, TypeScript, Go, LLM integration, and enterprise software engineering best practices. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement AI-powered applications and intelligent agent solutions. Build AI agents programmatically using modern software engineering and coding practices. Analyze, optimize, and improve existing AI architectures and application performance. Develop scalable front-end and backend components using React, TypeScript, and Go. Integrate AI systems with APIs, databases, enterprise applications, and third-party platforms. Collaborate with AI teams, software engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to define and implement AI-driven solutions. Research and evaluate emerging AI technologies, methodologies, and frameworks. Support AI initiatives aligned with business strategy, operational goals, and compliance requirements. Develop and execute testing strategies including simulation testing, scenario validation, and knowledge retrieval testing. Review live AI agent conversations, analyze feedback, and implement continuous improvements. Troubleshoot and resolve AI application, integration, and deployment issues. Participate in product discussions and engage directly with stakeholders and customers to ensure solution alignment. Maintain code quality, version control, testing, deployment, and engineering best practices across AI development workflows. Support ongoing optimization of AI metrics, performance monitoring, and operational reliability. Contribute to technical documentation, solution architecture, and engineering standards. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience. Minimum 3-5 years of experience working in AI and related technology domains. Minimum 3-5 years of experience conceptualizing and architecting AI solution environments. Minimum 3-5 years of experience supporting professional services sales cycles including proposal development, RFP responses, and account expansion activities. Minimum 5 years of hands-on software development experience building highly technical products. Experience working in senior-level software engineering or similar hands-on development roles. Strong experience with ReactJS and TypeScript development. Experience with Go programming language. Experience developing AI-powered applications or AI agents programmatically through code-based workflows. Understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and conversational AI concepts. Experience building API integrations and connecting AI systems to external platforms and databases. Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, testing, deployment, and version control workflows. Experience using Git and modern version control practices. Strong understanding of React component lifecycle and front-end application architecture. Familiarity with terminal-based development workflows and engineering tooling. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications Experience leading projects with global or distributed teams. Relevant certifications in AI or related technology domains. Experience with AI evaluation tools, monitoring, and conversation analysis workflows. Experience building enterprise-scale AI agents and conversational AI platforms. Familiarity with predictive analytics, AI operations, and AI system optimization practices.
