Basic Requirements:
Bachelor s degree (mandatory) Minimum 10+ years of software development experience At least 2 years of hands-on AI/ML experience Technical Skill Requirements Strong programming expertise in Python or Java Python is preferred Proven experience in AI/ML product development (production environments) Deep understanding and hands-on experience with: RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures End-to-end ownership of AI/ML systems with deep technical insight Experience with AI frameworks, security, and guardrails Strong experience building chatbots and/or API-driven AI systems (API Gateway integration) Cloud & DevOps Requirements Hands-on experience with AWS services, especially: AWS Bedrock Anthropic Claude models Model invocation APIs Strong CI/CD pipeline experience (critical requirement)
