Title:

AI/Agent Process Engineer Objective Evaluate and implement a proof-of-concept for AI-driven software development workflows within an existing enterprise environment. Scope Assess current development lifecycle and tooling (Azure, GitHub, C# ecosystem) Design and build agent-based workflows to support: Code generation from specifications Automated development steps Code review + quality gates Deployment integration Validate scalability within existing (brownfield) systems Provide recommendations for long-term adoption Key Requirements Experience building AI/agent-based development workflows (not theoretical) Strong Azure + GitHub familiarity Background in software engineering environments (C#/enterprise apps preferred) Ability to work in non-greenfield, legacy environments Comfortable pairing with internal engineering teams Engagement Model Contract (4-6 months estimated) Onsite collaboration required (Greater San Antonio area) Paired with internal SME Success Criteria Working POC demonstrating value in SDLC automation Clear guidance on scalability and cost implications Practical applicability within existing systems Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
