8+ Years Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Senior Java AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-scale applications that integrate modern AI/GenAI capabilities with Java-based backend systems. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Cloud Technologies, and hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI Agents, and Vector Databases. The role involves building intelligent applications, integrating AI services into existing enterprise platforms, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable AI-powered solutions. Required Skills Core Java Development 8+ years of experience in Java development Strong experience with Java 11/17+ Expertise in Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, REST APIs Experience developing Microservices architectures Strong understanding of OOP, Design Patterns, and SOLID principles Experience with Kafka or other messaging technologies AI / Generative AI Hands-on experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, Llama, Gemini, etc.) Experience building RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) solutions Knowledge of Prompt Engineering techniques Experience developing AI Agents and Agentic Workflows Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar frameworks Understanding of embeddings and vector search Cloud & DevOps AWS or Azure Cloud experience Experience with AWS Bedrock or Azure OpenAI Docker and Kubernetes experience CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab Infrastructure as Code experience is a plus Databases SQL (PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQL Server) NoSQL databases (MongoDB, DynamoDB) Vector Databases (Pinecone, OpenSearch, Weaviate, ChromaDB, Milvus) Responsibilities Design and develop enterprise Java applications integrated with AI capabilities. Build scalable REST APIs and Microservices using Spring Boot. Develop and optimize RAG pipelines leveraging vector databases. Integrate LLMs and AI services into business applications. Build AI-powered chatbots, copilots, and intelligent automation solutions. Collaborate with Data Scientists, Product Owners, and Solution Architects. Implement monitoring, security, and governance controls for AI solutions. Participate in architecture reviews, code reviews, and technical design sessions.
