Key Responsibilities Design and develop AI/GenAI solutions using Python Build, customize, and deploy AI agents using LangChain Develop and integrate MCP servers, tools, and custom agent capabilities Create scalable agent architectures and intelligent workflows Collaborate with stakeholders to identify AI-driven business solutions Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative approaches Drive technical design, implementation, and optimization of AI applications Must-Have Skills Strong hands-on expertise in Python development Experience designing and building AI/GenAI solutions Ability to architect and develop Agentic AI systems Strong experience with LangChain framework Experience creating and integrating custom tools/functions with AI agents Knowledge of Model Context Protocol (MCP) and MCP tool integrations Experience building multi-agent workflows and AI orchestration frameworks Strong problem-solving skills with an innovation mindset Ability to design scalable AI architectures and proof-of-concepts Preferred Skills Experience with LLMs such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Llama, etc. Exposure to RAG, vector databases, prompt engineering, and AI deployment Cloud experience (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform) is a plus Aspire IT Solutions is an equal opportunity employer.
