Face-to-Face Required Job description: We are seeking a highly skilled senior Gen AI Engineer to design, develop, and implement enterprise-grade Generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience building AI applications powered by Large Language Models (LLMs), integrating vector databases, and deploying scalable solutions in cloud environments. Key Responsibilities Design and develop end-to-end Generative AI solutions and applications. Build, optimize, and deploy LLM-powered systems for enterprise use cases. Develop AI/GenAI architectures leveraging modern frameworks and orchestration tools. Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using vector databases. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define AI solution roadmaps and technical standards. Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative approaches. Ensure Responsible AI principles, governance, security, and compliance are incorporated into solutions. Optimize model performance, scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency across cloud environments. Mentor engineering teams and provide technical leadership on AI initiatives. Required Qualifications Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field. 8+ years of software engineering experience with significant exposure to AI/ML and Generative AI technologies. Strong expertise in Large Language Models (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Llama, etc.) and associated frameworks. Hands-on experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, FAISS, Milvus, or similar. Experience developing and deploying AI solutions on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. Strong programming skills in Python and AI application development. Experience implementing Responsible AI, model governance, and security best practices.
