This opportunity supports DIA's Object Based Intelligence and Quality Assurance (OBIQUA) initiative focused on advancing intelligence analysis through Agile program management, AI assurance, analytic innovation, and ontology development.- The Lead AI Architect is responsible for leading the design, development, Testing, Evaluation, Verification, and Validation (TEVV), and operationalization of all AI algorithms and models.
- Provide technical leadership for AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics initiatives supporting DIA analytic modernization efforts.
- Develop AI architectures, frameworks, and implementation strategies aligned with mission requirements.
- Oversee AI model lifecycle management, performance evaluation, and operational deployment.
- Collaborate with Government stakeholders, data scientists, engineers, and technical teams to ensure successful implementation of AI capabilities.
- Establish AI governance, quality assurance, and risk management processes.
- Support integration of AI solutions into intelligence analysis workflows and enterprise systems.
- Provide technical guidance on emerging AI technologies, best practices, and innovation initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
- An advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience leading AI implementation projects
