HR/Recruitment Workflows Responsibilities:

Collaborate with HR and recruiting teams to understand current workflows, identify pain points, and opportunities for automation. Redesign existing processes to enhance efficiency by reducing manual tasks and operational friction. Develop and deploy automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform tools, primarily Power Automate, and integrate other relevant tools as needed. Establish AI-enabled workflows, including automated routing, follow-ups, templated communications, and status updates to improve transparency and auditability. Create comprehensive process documentation, SOPs, governance frameworks, and playbooks to ensure sustainable improvements and team adoption. AI Process Engineer -

HR/Recruitment Work Qualifications:

Proven experience in HR Operations and/or Recruiting Operations with a focus on workflow redesign and automation. Demonstrated ability to move from process discovery to implementation and change management. Practical understanding of AI and automation applications within HR or recruiting workflows. Competence in working cross-functionally with diverse stakeholders, including HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, and internal teams. Familiarity with the Microsoft 365 suite, Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps), and related tools; experience with Zapier is a plus.
