As we continue investing in innovation and intelligent automation across the organization, we are seeking a talented and adaptable Machine Learning Engineer to help design, build, deploy, and scale AI-driven solutions that improve operational efficiency, customer experience, and business performance. Role Summary The Machine Learning Engineer will build, deploy, and maintain AI models and intelligent automation systems that support sales forecasting, pricing optimization, proposal generation, customer insights, service operations, and workflow automation. Key Responsibilities Build and deploy machine learning models and AI-driven applications Develop AI agents and workflow automations using LLMs and modern AI frameworks Create integrations between internal systems and AI services Prepare, clean, and manage structured and unstructured data Monitor model performance and optimize accuracy and reliability Collaborate with sales, operations, finance, and customer service teams on AI use cases Support prompt engineering, vector databases, and retrieval systems Document technical systems and deployment standards Assist with AI adoption initiatives and end-user support across departments Preferred Qualifications 3+ years in machine learning, software engineering, or AI application development Experience with Python, APIs, SQL, cloud platforms, and AI frameworks Familiarity with LLMs, embeddings, vector databases, and workflow automation tools Experience deploying production-grade applications Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field preferred Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Model accuracy and reliability Deployment velocity Reduction in manual work System uptime and stability User adoption and feedback Speed of issue resolution Contribution to revenue-generating AI initiatives Why Join Us?
