Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled GenAI Architect to lead enterprise-scale AI initiatives, define solution architecture, and drive innovation across Generative AI programs. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in LLMs, agentic frameworks, vector databases, cloud-native AI deployments, and responsible AI practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and own end-to-end solution architecture for enterprise AI/GenAI programs Define and drive the AI vision, strategy, and roadmap across business units Establish AI standards, frameworks, and governance guidelines for enterprise adoption Architect and implement solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs) and related frameworks Design and integrate vector databases for retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems Deploy AI solutions on cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform) with scalable architecture Implement Responsible AI practices , including governance, safety, and compliance strategies Build and deploy AI agents using LangChain framework Develop and integrate custom tools / MCPs (Model Context Protocols or equivalent agent tools) Write production-grade Python code for AI systems and agent workflows Continuously innovate and explore emerging GenAI tools, frameworks, and architectures

Required Skills & Expertise:

8-10 years of experience in AI / ML / GenAI solutions Strong expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, and AI product/tool ecosystems Hands-on experience with LangChain or similar agent frameworks Experience building AI agents and tool-augmented systems Strong knowledge of vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, etc.) Experience with cloud AI deployments (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform) Strong programming skills in Python Ability to design scalable AI architectures from scratch Experience implementing Responsible AI frameworks and governance Nice to

Have:

Experience building enterprise-grade GenAI platforms Familiarity with RAG architectures and multi-agent systems Exposure to LLM orchestration tools and prompt engineering frameworks
