Job Description

ABOUT THIS JOB
We're looking for a highly driven, AI-native operator who doesn't just use AI tools but actively tracks, tests, and applies the latest advancements to solve real-world business problems. This role is for someone who lives on the frontier of AI. You're constantly experimenting with new tools, models, and workflows, and you know how to translate that knowledge into practical systems that drive measurable results. You'll take ownership of building and scaling AI-powered processes across marketing, operations, and internal workflows from idea to implementation to optimization. This is not a passive role, as we're searching for someone competitive, proactive, and obsessed with staying ahead of the curve.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement cutting-edge AI tools and workflows across the business. Design and build end-to-end automation systems using LLMs, AI agents, and low/no-code platforms (Claude, Zapier, Make, etc.). Rapidly prototype and deploy AI-driven solutions to solve real operational and marketing challenges. Build systems that pull, analyze, and act on data, generating reports, insights, and actionable outputs. Identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks, then design AI-powered solutions to eliminate them. Collaborate with internal teams to turn ideas into scalable, automated systems. Monitor performance of automations and continuously iterate for speed, accuracy, and impact. Stay relentlessly up to date on new AI releases, tools, and frameworks.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
Demonstrated experience using AI to solve real-world problems end-to-end (not just prompting, actual implementation and results). Strong understanding of how LLMs work in practice (prompting, context windows, embeddings, limitations, hallucinations, etc.). Basic coding ability (Python, JavaScript, or similar) or strong technical aptitude to quickly pick it up. Familiarity with APIs, data flow, and system design (how tools connect, pass data, and execute reliably). Experience building or working with AI agents, multi-step workflows, and tool integrations. Ability to design and implement automations using platforms like Zapier, Make, or similar including complex, multi-step logic. Comfortable working with structured and unstructured data, including transforming, routing, and analyzing it within workflows. Experience working with or integrating tools like OpenAI, Claude, or other LLM providers. Proven track record of rapidly learning and implementing newly released AI tools and frameworks. Strong problem-solving ability, can break down ambiguous problems and build practical, working solutions. Highly intelligent, resourceful, and self-directed. Competitive mindset with a focus on leveraging technology to gain an edge.
Our company offers great benefits:
full healthcare package (medical, dental, vision, life), 401k with a company match, flexible schedule, catered lunch, coffee, tea and snacks, competitive pay, and much more! Anyone who joins our team will have great potential for career and personal growth.
