Job Description
Key Responsibilities Lead the architecture and development of scalable AI-powered applications and services. Drive technical direction and establish best practices for AI solution delivery. Partner with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI-driven innovation. Guide teams through the full software development lifecycle, from design through production deployment. Mentor engineers and elevate technical capabilities across the organization. Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions that create measurable business value. What We're Looking For Proven experience building and deploying enterprise-scale software products. Strong understanding of modern software architecture and distributed systems. Hands-on experience productionizing AI/ML solutions in real-world environments. Ability to translate business objectives into technical solutions. Demonstrated leadership and influence across cross-functional teams. Passion for innovation and continuous improvement. Preferred Background Experience delivering AI-powered products from initial concept through production deployment. Strong software engineering fundamentals and system design expertise. Track record of driving adoption of new technologies within large organizations. Experience working in highly collaborative, fast-paced environments.
