Job Summary:
Provides research, analytical and consultative services/support to both internal and external hospital stakeholders. Supports the activities of creating and maintaining organizational scorecards, rounding forms, and provides statistical analysis to the organization that serves as a foundation for decision making.

Preferred Essential Functions:
Manages and aligns data from multiple resources to effectively and efficiently prepare reports and statistical analysis. Creates analytical reports to identify and monitor activities. Identifies and summarizes information collected for identification of patterns, trends and individual cases requiring more intensive evaluation. Consults with intra and interdepartmental personnel to review, interpret and improve data/statistical analysis and reporting for improving decision-making. Deploys and supports all phases of organizational projects and initiatives and to guide teams and departments to successful implementation. Supports the process for project selection, prioritization, project charter development, work plan, communication plan and resource management. Serves as data consultant and participates in organizational improvement teams focusing on quality and performance improvement studies as required. Helps prepare and creates graphs of results for external audit applications. Supports the organization's internal performance assessments as a certified auditor. Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
