POSITION
Manager, Statistical Programming
JOB DESCRIPTION
Manage a team of statistical programmers, taking responsibility for their technical and professional development. Directly influence and maintain departmental standards for the development and validation of statistical programming deliverables. Lead and oversee statistical programming deliverables, including ADS and TLF generation, for clinical validation studies supporting in vitro diagnostic submissions (e.g., IVDR, 510(k), CTA/CDx/PMA, etc.). Lead development and maintenance of programming infrastructure, including R package validation and maintenance. Promote statistical programming development and validation best practices.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelors degree or equivalent in statistics, applied mathematics, computer science, or related field and 5 year of statistical programming experience with at least 3 years experience in clinical trial analysis and R programming experience, including package development.
HOURS:
40 hours per week
SALARY:
$186,162.20- $188,000.00 per year
LOCATION
Austin, TX. Position is based in our Austin TX office but role holder may work remotely from within the US, with manager and HR approval.
