Onsite Position Open to Relocation Must be Greencard or US Citizen Position Overview Our client is seeking an Epicor Kinetic Specialist to support and optimize their growing ERP environment across multiple manufacturing companies. This is a highly visible, business-facing role that serves as the primary point of contact for Epicor users, helping drive adoption, training, troubleshooting, process improvement, and ERP best practices throughout the organization. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of Epicor Kinetic experience, strong customer service skills, and a passion for helping users leverage technology to improve business operations. This individual will work closely with operations, manufacturing, supply chain, finance, and IT teams while supporting ongoing ERP enhancements, company integrations, and cloud migration initiatives. As the organization continues to grow through acquisitions and expansion, this role will be instrumental in standardizing processes, supporting new implementations, and ensuring a positive user experience across the enterprise. Key Responsibilities Epicor Kinetic Support & User Engagement Serve as the primary support resource for Epicor Kinetic users across multiple business units. Build strong relationships with end users and department leaders to understand operational needs. Troubleshoot ERP-related issues and manage support tickets through successful resolution. Provide exceptional customer service while balancing multiple priorities and projects. Identify recurring issues and recommend long-term solutions and process improvements. User Training & Adoption Conduct Epicor Kinetic user training for new and existing employees. Develop and maintain training documentation, SOPs, and user guides. Promote ERP best practices and increase user adoption across departments. Assist users in understanding system capabilities and process efficiencies. ERP Optimization & Business Process Improvement Support and improve core business processes including: Quote-to-Cash Order Management Purchasing & Procurement Inventory Management Production & Manufacturing Operations Warehouse Management Shipping & Fulfillment Quality Management Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for increased efficiency, automation, and data accuracy. Assist with standardizing business processes across multiple companies and locations. Cloud Migration & ERP Projects Support Epicor Kinetic cloud initiatives, including migration activities from on-premises environments. Participate in ERP implementation projects, company onboarding efforts, upgrades, and testing activities. Assist with data validation, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment support. Partner with internal and external teams to ensure successful project execution. System Administration & Technical Support Assist with BAQs, dashboards, reports, and workflow improvements. Support system configurations, security, and ongoing ERP enhancements. Work with technical teams on integrations, APIs, and automation initiatives as needed. Maintain ERP documentation and change management processes. Required Qualifications 2+ years of Epicor Kinetic experience. Experience supporting ERP systems within manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain environments. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Experience providing end-user support and managing support tickets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to build trust and relationships with users at all organizational levels. Experience conducting user training and developing documentation. Understanding of manufacturing and operational business processes. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Epicor Kinetic Cloud or other Manufacturing ERP System Experience supporting on premises to cloud ERP migrations. Experience with multi-company or multi-site ERP environments. Knowledge of BAQs, Dashboards, BPMs, and Application Studio. Experience with Epicor MES and Epicor Knowledge Management (EKM). Familiarity with Product Configurator. Exposure to API integrations and automation tools. Experience supporting ERP implementations, upgrades, or acquisitions/integrations.
