Job Description
Position Summary Flaktgroup Semco is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional with experience in ERP systems, SQL databases, and manufacturing performance tools. The ideal candidate will have working knowledge of ERP routing, SQL querying/reporting, and Mevisio programming/configuration, along with a solid engineering or manufacturing background. This role supports production efficiency, reporting automation, process improvement, and system integration across operations. Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and support the Epicor ERP system for manufacturing and operational processes.
- Develop, modify, and maintain queries, reports, dashboards, and database procedures.
- Configure and support Mevisio visual management and KPI monitoring systems.
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and management teams to improve workflows and reporting accuracy.
- Analyze manufacturing data to identify process improvements and operational efficiencies.
- Assist with ERP implementations, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
- Create and maintain documentation for systems, procedures, and reporting tools.
- Support users with training and technical assistance related to ERP and reporting systems.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within manufacturing operations. Required Qualifications
- Experience working with ERP systems.
- Experience with MES dashboard configuration, or KPI visualization tools.
- Engineering, manufacturing, or industrial process background.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel. Preferred Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Manufacturing, or related field.
- Experience in manufacturing or production environments.
- Familiarity with BI/reporting tools such as Power BI or SSRS.
- Understanding of manufacturing KPIs, lean manufacturing, or continuous improvement practices.
