We are seeking a highly strategic and collaborative professional to oversee the end-to-end tracking of Enterprise Process Management (EPM) and Global Tech (GT) deliverables, ensuring successful and timely execution across the organization. In this role, you will take ownership of Core Technology Infrastructure's Single Process Inventory (SPI), driving strict compliance with applicable laws, rules, regulations, and enterprise policies. Acting as the vital voice of the Line of Business (LOB), you will participate in horizontal routines, leverage process dashboards to identify improvement opportunities, and foster cross-functional partnerships. BachelorsResponsibilities Oversee end-to-end tracking of Enterprise Process Management (EPM) and Global Tech (GT) deliverables ensuring successful and timely executions. Effectively manage Core Technology Infrastructure's Single Process Inventory (SPI) ensuring compliance with applicable laws, rules, regulations, Enterprise Process Management and Global Operational and Compliance Risk Management Policies, and Standards. Actively participate in all the Horizontal routines, representing the voice of the LOB and cascading information back to the LOB as appropriate. Review the Process dashboards as well as analytics and insights on opportunities for improvement. Drive adherence to enterprise policies, operational standards, and risk‑based practices. 5+ years of experience in process governance, operational risk, or relationship management roles. Demonstrated success in driving process improvements and delivering measurable outcomes.
