May 6, 2026 at 3:00 PM Arizona Time About the Role SunSoft Online has an active opportunity for a Business Intelligence/Data Analyst with the Arizona Department of Economic Security (AZDES). This is a primarily remote, long-term contract role with a 2-year duration.

What You'll Do:

Design and develop reports using SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Excel Create Journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud for email/SMS campaigns Extract, clean, transform, and validate data from multiple sources Write queries using SQL, MS Access, and DB2 Identify trends and patterns in complex data sets Develop standard and ad-hoc reports for technical and non-technical audiences Create RPA BOTs using UI Path to automate repetitive tasks Write SSIS packages and move reports into production Develop test plans, specifications, and supporting documentation

Required Skills:

SQL experience — writing and working with queries Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience Tableau, Power BI, or similar BI tools MS Access, Excel, Visual Basic Dimensional and relational database design Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences

Preferred:

UI Path / RPA experience DB2 experience SSIS package development
