Job Description

Overview The ERP Analyst - Supply Chain supports and enhances a cloud based ERP Platform for the Metals Industry that enables core supply chain and sales operations. This role partners closely with business users and technical teams to translate operational requirements into effective system configurations, process improvements, and reporting solutions. (LOCAL

) Responsibilities Analyze and translate business requirements across Supply Chain processes into actionable ERP configurations and system solutions. Lead and support ERP enhancement initiatives, including new functionality, process improvements, and reporting capabilities. Serve as a functional Subject Matter Expert (SME) for assigned business processes (e.g., Production Recording, Inventory, Logistics, Warehouse Operations). Collaborate with business stakeholders to design, prototype, and validate system and process improvements. Partner with application development teams to coordinate implementation of new features, integrations, and reports. Provide day-to-day production support, including issue triage, root-cause analysis, and resolution of ERP-related problems. Manage and track work items and deliverables using Azure DevOps, including delivery boards, risk and decision logs, change logs, and documentation. Support reporting and analytics efforts by defining requirements and validating data outputs. Create and maintain functional documentation, process flows, and user guidance materials. Communicate system functionality and changes clearly to non-technical users and provide training or support as needed.
Qualifications Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Supply Chain, Business, or equivalent practical experience. Experience working as an ERP Functional Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or similar role. Strong understanding of ERP concepts and data flows, especially within supply chain Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into system logic, configuration rules, and functional specifications. Experience working with custom or heavily customized systems is a strong plus. Familiarity with IT service management, issue tracking, and change control processes. Experience working with Agile or DevOps delivery models (Azure DevOps preferred). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to learn new systems quickly and operate effectively in a changing environment. Ability to learn quickly, and to obtain and/or other similar systems as required by management.
