As an SAP SuccessFactors Payroll Senior Consultant on the HR Strategy & Technology team, you will be responsible for: + Supporting the configuration and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Payroll solutions for client engagements
Collaborating with project teams to deliver results and contribute to overall project success
Leading and managing teams across assigned workstreams
Maintaining a hands-on role to ensure deadlines are met and deliverables are accurate
Building and maintaining relationships with clients and project team members throughout the engagement + Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Meticulous attention to detail and quality of work product
Ability to build and sustain professional relationships
Ability to lead projects or workstreams

4+ years of experience configuring and implementing SAP SuccessFactors Payroll, including at least 2 full life cycle SuccessFactors Payroll implementations
Ability to travel 0-50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Limited immigration sponsorship may be available. + Experience working in a consulting environment supporting enterprise clients
Experience leading teams and driving work to meet project timelines
Experience managing projects, including monitoring issues and escalating as needed You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
