As an SAP SuccessFactors Payroll Senior Consultant on the HR Strategy & Technology team, you will be responsible for: + Supporting the configuration and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Payroll solutions for client engagements
- Collaborating with project teams to deliver results and contribute to overall project success
- Leading and managing teams across assigned workstreams
- Maintaining a hands-on role to ensure deadlines are met and deliverables are accurate
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients and project team members throughout the engagement + Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Meticulous attention to detail and quality of work product
- Ability to build and sustain professional relationships
- Ability to lead projects or workstreams
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

- Ability to provide clear guidance to others Our HR Strategy & Technology Offering is dedicated to developing leading global HR strategies and implementing cutting-edge HR technologies.
- 4+ years of experience configuring and implementing SAP SuccessFactors Payroll, including at least 2 full life cycle SuccessFactors Payroll implementations
- Ability to travel 0-50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available. + Experience working in a consulting environment supporting enterprise clients
- Experience leading teams and driving work to meet project timelines
- Experience managing projects, including monitoring issues and escalating as needed You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
