Sr NetSuite Consultant

Overview We're partnering with a consulting-focused organization seeking a Senior NetSuite Functional Consultant with strong experience in the hospitality industry. This role will focus on post-implementation optimization, system enhancements, and driving better business outcomes through improved NetSuite utilization. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in a hands-on leadership role--someone who can step in quickly, assess current processes, and make meaningful improvements while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. What You'll Do Act as the functional lead for NetSuite initiatives across Finance, Operations, and IT Evaluate current system usage and identify opportunities for optimization Lead process improvements across key business workflows, including Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) Translate business needs into scalable NetSuite solutions and configurations Design and enhance reports, dashboards, and saved searches Provide hands-on support for system enhancements, troubleshooting, and user adoption Partner with technical teams and external vendors on integrations and data flow improvements Promote best practices and help build internal knowledge for long-term success Support integrations with middleware tools such as Celigo, Boomi, and Avalara What You Bring 5+ years of NetSuite consulting experience with a strong functional background Proven track record in NetSuite implementations or post-go-live optimization Deep understanding of P2P and O2C processes Experience in hospitality environments (e.g., multi-location operations, restaurants, hotels) Strong knowledge of NetSuite financials, workflows, and reporting Experience working with integrations and middleware platforms Ability to gather requirements and translate them into actionable solutions Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced setting Nice to Have Experience with multi-entity or multi-location environments Familiarity with revenue recognition, inventory, or POS integrations NetSuite certifications Experience training users and enabling internal teams What Sets You Apart Proactive, solutions-driven mindset Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution Strong sense of ownership and accountability Focus on building sustainable, long-term improvements
