Role Overview We are looking for a Senior Sales Analyst to support our U.S. sales team by driving data-driven decision making, pipeline visibility, and performance tracking. This role will work closely with sales leadership to improve forecasting accuracy, identify growth opportunities, and optimize sales processes. Key Responsibilities Own and manage sales pipeline reporting and analysis (weekly / monthly) Build and maintain dashboards to track: Pipeline coverage Conversion rates Revenue performance vs. targets Support forecasting and planning (monthly / quarterly) Identify gaps and risks in pipeline and proactively highlight to leadership Partner with sales team to: Improve data quality in CRM (e.g., Pipedrive) Standardize reporting structure Analyze key accounts and opportunities to support deal strategy Work with cross-functional teams (finance, operations, marketing) on performance tracking Drive continuous improvement in sales processes and reporting frameworks Qualifications 3+ years of experience in sales analytics / business analytics / revenue operations Strong experience with: CRM systems (Pipedrive, Salesforce, etc.) Excel / Google Sheets (advanced level) BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.) Solid understanding of: Sales funnel metrics Forecasting models Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills Ability to communicate insights clearly to business stakeholders Experience supporting a sales team in logistics / e-commerce / supply chain is a plus
