Year Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Lead to define and govern the end-to-end technical architecture across Oracle Fusion applications and enterprise systems. The ideal candidate will provide strategic leadership in designing scalable, secure, and high-performing integration solutions while establishing architecture standards, reusable frameworks, and best practices across the organization. This role will be responsible for ensuring seamless integration, data flow, security, and performance across complex enterprise landscapes leveraging Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, FBDI, HCM Extracts, OTBI/BIP, and cloud-native technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Own the end-to-end integration architecture across Oracle Fusion Cloud applications and external enterprise systems, including ERP, HCM, SCM, Projects, CRM, banking, tax, HR technology platforms, and data warehouses. Define and implement enterprise integration patterns, including: OIC App-Driven Integrations Orchestrations Scheduled Integrations File-Based Integrations Event-Driven Architecture Streaming and Real-Time API Integrations Design and maintain canonical data models to ensure consistency across enterprise integrations. Establish governance standards and best practices for: Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) REST and SOAP Web Services HCM Extracts and FBDI BI Publisher and OTBI Extracts SFTP Integrations Webhooks and Event-Based Integrations Develop and review technical artifacts including: High-Level Design (HLD) Low-Level Design (LLD) Data Flow Diagrams Sequence Diagrams API Specifications Lead architecture and design reviews to ensure scalability, maintainability, and reusability of solutions. Define and enforce integration development standards, including: Naming Conventions Versioning Strategies Error Handling Frameworks Logging and Monitoring Standards Retry Mechanisms Idempotency Controls Bulk vs. Real-Time Processing Guidelines Design and govern enterprise integration security architecture, including: OAuth 2.0 JWT Authentication SSL Certificates and mTLS Key Rotation Secrets Management Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) Data Masking and Compliance Standards Collaborate closely with Enterprise Architects, Program Managers, Delivery Leads, and Functional Architects across Finance, SCM, HCM, and Projects domains. Conduct architecture workshops, mentor integration developers, and provide technical leadership across delivery teams. Build and maintain reusable integration assets, adapters, mappings, templates, and frameworks to accelerate project delivery.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 13+ years of overall IT experience with extensive expertise in Oracle technologies and enterprise integrations. Strong experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) architecture, design, and implementation. Deep understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud applications including ERP, HCM, SCM, and Projects. Hands-on experience with REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, FBDI, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher (BIP), and OTBI. Proven experience designing large-scale enterprise integration solutions. Strong understanding of API management, security frameworks, and cloud-native integration patterns. Experience leading architecture reviews, integration governance, and technical teams. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Oracle Cloud certifications in Integration Cloud and Fusion Applications. Experience with event-driven architecture, streaming technologies, and modern cloud integration platforms. Knowledge of enterprise security and compliance frameworks. Experience working in large-scale global transformation programs.
