Reporting Analyst Requirements:

Minimum of 3+ years of experience in BI reporting, data analysis, or analytics roles. Proficiency in Power BI (including Power Query, DAX, data modeling) and Sigma Computing. Strong SQL skills, with experience querying Snowflake, SQL Server, or Redshift. Experience translating business requirements into effective dashboards and reports. Excellent communication skills with an ability to collaborate across teams.

Reporting Analyst Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and Sigma Computing. Partner with stakeholders across mortgage operations, sales, finance, and compliance to gather and translate reporting needs into scalable BI solutions. Build and optimize data models, calculated fields, and DAX measures to ensure data accuracy and consistency. Connect to and query data sources including SQL databases, Snowflake, and Databricks to develop reliable data pipelines. Monitor and troubleshoot existing reports and dashboards, ensuring performance and data integrity.
