Projects include high-end residential architecture, design of retail stores, community-related civic buildings, and award-winning historic restoration. Position Description Marmol Radziner is seeking an Intacct Consultant to lead the configuration, implementation, and ongoing optimization of our Sage Intacct ERP system. This is an internal role that will serve as the primary resource for Intacct system administration, working closely with accounting and operations leadership to ensure the platform is fully leveraged across the organization. The Intacct Consultant is responsible for the following:

• Leading the setup, configuration, and implementation of Sage Intacct modules
• Managing system integrations with other platforms including payroll, project management, and time-tracking tools.
• Developing and maintaining custom reports, dashboards, and workflows within Intacct to support leadership decision-making.
• Providing user training, documentation, and ongoing support to staff across accounting and project teams.
• Partnering with the Accounting Manager to define system requirements, identify process improvements, and drive adoption.
• Troubleshooting system issues and liaising with Sage support as needed.
• Ensuring data integrity, system security, and compliance with internal controls.
• Supporting month-end and year-end close processes within the ERP environment. The Intacct Consultant reports to the Accounting Manager. Qualifications The successful Intacct Consultant candidate will have a strong combination of ERP expertise and business acumen.
• Hands-on experience implementing or administering Sage Intacct, including module configuration, user management, and report building.
• Proficiency with Intacct's Project Accounting and construction-related workflows is strongly preferred.
• Experience in the architecture or construction industry is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Ability to translate business requirements into system solutions and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Intacct integrations (e.g., Procore or similar platforms) is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
• Sage Intacct certification is a plus but not required.

Salary range for this position:

$80-110,000 per year, depending on experience.
