Job Description

End-to-end migration execution : Perform data extraction, cleansing, transformation, and loading (ETL) for Oracle Fusion modules such as Finance, Projects, Inventory, Order Management, Procurement, and HCM Data mapping & reconciliation : Prepare and maintain data mapping documents, reconcile source and target data, and resolve discrepancies Validation & testing : Validate migrated data for accuracy and completeness; support mock runs, testing, cutover, and go-live activities Scripting & automation : Develop and execute
SQL/PL/SQL
scripts for migration tasks; use ETL tools like FBDI, HDL, ADFDI, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
Coordination :
Work closely with functional, technical, and business teams to gather requirements, validate templates, and resolve data quality issues
Documentation :
Help develop migration documentation, status reports, and reconciliation reports Integration & system design : Design and implement system integrations using OIC or other middleware; ensure data integrity across systems
Required Skills & Experience Experience :
4+ years in Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud data migration; proven experience in at least one full-cycle Fusion implementation Technical skills : Strong knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle tables/data structures, ETL tools, and data migration methodologies
Tools :
Proficiency with
FBDI, HDL, ADFDI, ETL
tools, OIC, and integration platforms Analytical & problem-solving : Ability to identify and resolve data quality issues; strong troubleshooting skills
Communication :
Excellent coordination and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams Preferred Skills Certifications in Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud and SAP Experience with additional SAP and Oracle modules (Finance, SCM, Procurement, HCM) Familiarity with data governance, data quality, and reconciliation best practices
