We are seeking an experienced SAP PP Consultant to support a large-scale ECC to S/4HANA transformation program for a leading Medical Device Manufacturing client in Southern California.Required Skills:
- 8+ years of SAP PP (Production Planning) experience.
- Strong experience in ECC to S/4HANA migration and transformation projects.
- Expertise in Production Planning, MRP, Production Orders, BOMs, Routings, Capacity Planning, and Shop Floor Control.
- Experience with S/4HANA manufacturing processes and best practices.
- Knowledge of integration with MM, WM/EWM, QM, and SD modules.
- Experience in Medical Device, Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, or regulated manufacturing environments preferred.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing compliance and validation processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities:
- Lead SAP PP design, configuration, and deployment activities.
- Analyze and optimize manufacturing business processes.
- Support data migration, testing, cutover, and go-live activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the S/4HANA implementation lifecycle.
- Provide post-go-live support and continuous process improvements.
