HCM & ERP
Cloud Consultant Location:
Alpharetta, GA / Oakland, CA We are seeking a Senior Consultant with strong Oracle Cloud HCM and ERP technical development expertise. This is a hands-on role requiring deep experience across Oracle Cloud Payroll, OTL, Benefits, and Core HR modules.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and support technical solutions within Oracle Cloud
HCM & ERP
Develop and maintain Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher (BIP), and OTBI reports Support Oracle Cloud Payroll, OTL, Benefits, and Core HR implementations Work on AutoComplete Rules and other technical configurations Participate in Oracle Redwood UI evaluation and migration initiatives Own project deliverables and provide end-to-end technical leadership Handle multiple complex technical assignments simultaneously
Required Skills:
12+ years of Oracle HCM/ERP technical development experience Strong expertise in Oracle Cloud Payroll, OTL, Benefits, and Core HR Hands-on experience with Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, BIP, and OTBI Experience with AutoComplete Rules and Oracle Cloud integrations Exposure to Oracle Redwood UI transition projects Strong problem-solving, communication, and multitasking abilities
