12+ Months Relevant Experience (in Yrs.): 10+ Rate - $78/hr on W2Detailed Job Description:
- SAP Payroll Configuration & Implementation
- Time Management Integration & Interfaces
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and system design
- Provide solution design, enhancements, and process improvements Ensure compliance with US federal, state, and local payroll regulations
- Support tax configuration and reporting using:
- BSI Tax Factory
- Handle complex payroll scenarios including:
- Garnishments processing
- Retroactive accounting
- Off-cycle payroll runs Integration & Interfaces
- Support integrations with:
- Time and attendance systems
- Benefits systems (e.g., 401k, insurance)
- Finance/GL (FI posting)
