SAP Payroll Configuration & Implementation Time Management Integration & Interfaces Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements Translate business needs into functional specifications and system design Provide solution design, enhancements, and process improvements Ensure compliance with US federal, state, and local payroll regulations Support tax configuration and reporting using: BSI Tax Factory Handle complex payroll scenarios including: Garnishments processing Retroactive accounting Off-cycle payroll runs Integration & Interfaces Support integrations with: Time and attendance systems Benefits systems (e.g., 401k, insurance) Finance/GL (FI posting) Manage inbound and outbound payroll interfaces Please provide the TOP skills, and the years of experience that you ll consider: Strong knowledge of: SAP HCM Payroll (US) Payroll schemas and PCRs Wage type configuration Hands-on experience with: SAP ECC Payroll and/or SuccessFactors ECP BSI Tax Factory Retro payroll and off-cycle processing Garnishments management Experience in: Benefits integration Time evaluation / time integration FI/GL payroll posting
